A fairly uneventful day. The snow that fell overnight made us stay inside all day. I did a bit of work, Mrs Pitts did a bit of work. That was about it. We did our good deed for the day by helping to push start a neighbour’s car. She works for the NHS and so needed to get to her patients. That gives you a good feeling inside, even when you slip and make a fool of yourself in the process.
There was the Malaysian Grand Prix Qualifying to watch (my report is here) – although it is out of date as it doesn’t take into account a penalty for Kimi Raikkonen, who gets demoted to 10th on the grid after qualifying 7th. That makes tomorrow another relatively early start for a weekend day.
There’s a bit of a question mark over the rest of the week. I guess a lot of things depend on the weather. My class are due to be at the local high school for a taster day on Monday. I hope that still goes ahead as I will need to find a way to fill a day otherwise!
I will have to venture out tomorrow as some shopping is needed…
Also, had a splitting head for a bit of the day, left side, at the back. Not been fun. Kit’s been good fun to have around though. A little bit of a mad cat today.
